Showed up to check in. No problem. Get keys to the room. Not only was it not the room we paid for kin size bed it was dirty, bed was messy pillows were on the floor. Called front desk to let them know it was not the room we booked but it was dirty. They said they did not have a room with a king bed as requested gave us keys to check out another room. Nope was dirty mattess was gross. So we went to the front desk and said we were not staying to refund us and we were leaving. Only then did he said wait I think I have a king bed on the 1st floor. We said nope. We were already distrustful of the premises and felt it was safer to keave than to stay. The camera outside our room was disconnected and we felt unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

The room we were initially assigned had loads of items on the fridge and reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk attendant was incredibly accommodating and gave us a new room promptly. However, the sheets on one bed in the second room we were given smelled of mildew. Thankfully we had 2 beds and just nixed poor smelling the first bed.

There were permanent residents living at this hotel. We smelled cigarette smoke in the halls. The paint by the towel bar was patched up with a different color. The toilet tissue was just placed on the counter top since the holder was broken. The elevator button for Ground was missing, so you had to poke your finger in to a little piece inside. We actually left (even though we paid) and went to another hotel.
