How about when you have waited in line to check in for over 15 minutes, behind 2 people, and a new staff member comes on and takes the last person who walked in.. long after you got there? You deseratley need a restful night, and the halls and room smell lime Body Odor, not yours. Then there is not a drop of HOT WATER.

Really like the proximity to the airport and free shuttle. Nice hotel, good food, excellent service. My first time stays at VIP part and was excellent, second time in standard room and the mattress was kind of hard and not as comfortable.
Overall it is a nice hotel for an overnight stay.
Great property close to the airport and free shuttle to and from, 24 hours. I was surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price I paid. Nice amenities and great restaurant options.
The best word to describe our check in was "chilly". Very few words, and almost irritated when I tried to ask a few questions. Not exactly friendly and certainly no smiles. The room was a maze of five spacious rooms that we hardly had time to step into, unfortunately. The mirrored walls made things deceptive and hard to navigate late night and jet lagged. lol
Everything was great. As an opportunity for improvement, benefits should be offered when people self check in. Otherwise, none will be known until a survey is filled
There's a shuttle that is available 24hrs that will take you to the hotel from the airport and from the hotel to airport. Just go to the bus stop and look for Steigenberger bus
An excellent hotel with very helpful staff.
Ideally located near the Frankfurt airport with free shuttle service which takes 5 mins to Terminal 1.

Very convenient if you are only staying a couple of nights.great for an airport hotel. Shuttle service was excellent. Train to downtown accessable at the train station at terminal one.
The ambiance and service in this hotel used to be in a much higher level. The quality and vibe has come down after Covid. It could be the general manager that they brought in a couple years ago. The hotel is mostly sold out due to airline staff occupancy and maybe, the management doesn’t care anymore. The breakfast is good but too many people. Overall, for staying before and after flight for one night, this hotel is a good choice.

Other than this, it's an average hotel. Rooms are small.
Not too many dinning options. Food is average.
Excellent staff, very friendly. The pool was very cold. Sauna and Fitness Studio were excellent. The TV in our room was not working, and the tech support was not able to fix it. So, overall it was a very convenient stay but not superb.
