The receptionist was exceptional. Unfortunately did not get his name(he had a beard) but he went out of his way for us. Printed off instructions and photos for the local shop to purchase airport tickets. Extremely welcoming and both professional and friendly. Recommend a particular local wine,which was exquisite. Breakfast was very pleasant Slightly old fashioned hotel. But there is a charm in that itself

Not my first choice
I chose this hotel because the one I was booked in suddenly had to close, and I needed somewhere near the airport for an extremely early morning flight. The front desk staff were helpful, particularly in arranging a taxi for me the next morning, though I was worried about what I would do if the taxi didn't arrive, since there is no Reception staff until 6:00 a.m. They also were accommodating in moving me when the first room I received had a water leak from the ceiling. Overall, however, the building is run down. Choose it for the location and the service, not the amenities.

Bad experience
The room was very bad, nothing was working, the window was not closing,the Ac also was not working for cooling, only for heating. The closet without doors, all the room and the hotel are full of humidity, from outside and inside. The breakfast, was very very very poor for the price they took, nothing than some croissant and coffee, few pieces of fruit. I don’t refer it to anyone.

Good pit stop near the airport
Good pit stop. I arrived quite late so i didn't get chance to use the amenities but they looked quite lovely. The breakfast was very tasty and lots of choice available. The room was small and cosy with a comfy bed. Can't complain.

Staff at check in and check out were very helpful and polite. Other than that i can think of very little positive to say. Rundown room, ineffective A/C, outside the window was a mass of dog ends. If it is a 3 star, i dread to think what a 1 star is.

Partendo dalla piscina chiusa con 30 gradi che potrebbe anche essere accettabile se non ci aggiungiamo i copriletti della stanza sporchi.. e va be l hanno cambiato..bene.. seconda stanza copriletto? Sporco.. nessuna zanzariera alla finestra .. condizionatore non funzionante..i bagni.. non ne parliamo. Le signorine anche gentili però almeno la zanzariera per poter aprire la finestra e i copriletti puliti mi sembra il minimo..la colazione.. un disastro apparte la macchinetta del caffè non in grado di fare un espresso.. non c'erano le uova..capisco che essendo un 3 stelle non si possa avere una vasta selezione per una colazione salata però penso che le uova siano importanti e oltretutto non un cibo di lusso. Davvero davvero triste.

Il 16 luglio, con 36 gradi esterni, Non e’ accettabile che un hotel tre stelle abbia l’impianto di condizionamento non funzionante. Avevamo tre camere, tutte con l’impianto regolato a 20 gradi, l’aria sl massimo, e abbiamo passato la notte ad asciugare il sudore. Vergogna!

Horrible! Pas d’insonorisation entre les chambres, ni avec la route nationale e et le train qui passent à 3 m de l’hôtel. Pas de savon dans la chambre, draps troués, propreté à revoir et Petit dej affreux, parking vite rempli: vaut à peine 1 étoile. A fuir!

Ho soggiornato per 2 notti in questo hotel, per prima cosa la piscina è chiusa da più di un anno, non mi sembra che ci sia scritto, poi in camera c'è un crepa sul soffitto che va da parte a parte della stanza, il climatizzatore perde acqua da tempo e continuano ad affittare questa camera, persone nell'androne che vagano senza mascherina e nessuno dice nulla, ma in compenso vengo ripreso da una ragazzina di vent'anni la quale si è sentita offesa per essersi sentita chiamare signora (a colazione nel ristorante) il buffet è alla mercé di chiunque in barba a qualsiasi norma anticovid, le tende oscuranti nelle camere per aderire al muro è stato messo del nastro anziché un po' di velcro, infine mi è stato detto che la prenotazione fatta con hotel.com è stata gestita da Expedia con un maggiore ricarico per me..... La struttura la sconsiglio vivamente, ho pagato 170€ circa per 2 notti per 2 persone...,
Porta del bagno dove si vede tutta l'acqua che ha assorbito.

Ho provato a contattare Expedia prima di lasciare questa recensione, ma anche all'indirizzo segnalato, mi si risponde che non è possibile utilizzare tale indirizzo mail. Ebbene, ora una recensione mi preme segnalare come l’hotel RistHotel Airport – Fogliano Redipuglia non osservi le regole anti Covid. In particolare: Alla reception alcuni ospiti si sono presentati senza mascherina (obbligatoria), e il personale non ha richiesto di indossarla, cosa che invece dovrebbe fare. La colazione era a buffet “libero”, ovvero gli ospiti erano *costretti* a servirsi da soli, cosa vietata dal DPCM attualmente in vigore secondo il quale è il personale a dover servire i clienti. "Costretti" in quanto, a seguito della nostra lamentela al riguardo effettuata alla receptionist (che svolgeva anche servizio di sala alle colazioni…), la stessa ci risponde che lei non era autorizzata ad effettuare il servizio (nonostante imposto dal DPCM citato) Ritengo la cosa inammissibile, e passibile di denuncia, cosa che non abbiamo ancora deciso se effettuare o meno. La piscina inoltre, nonostante illustrata nella descrizione, e nell’immagine principale dell’hotel, non era operativa causa manutenzione (il 15 di agosto???)
