"The property was very clean and in a very convenient area. Everyone was super nice and helpful - the check in process was fast and easy, Our room was super clean and nicely appointed. The only suggestion was that the bathroom lighting was very dim. Maybe they could put a hight wattage bulb or more lighting."

"I liked pretty much everything about the property. Only issue was not getting room on floor I had requested back in January when I made the reservations. I had requested room on floor 1, 2, or 3. Assigned room was on 6th floor. However, all 3 elevators were in operation and had no problem in long waits for elevator. "

"It was a pleasant experience. I happened to be staying there when hurricane Sally hit. My room stayed fine. However, the lobby was damaged by the winds and rain, lost power and water. The staff and manager on hand were excellent. They didn’t act frazzled or anxious. They took care of matters and us guests. I really enjoyed the history of the hotel, too. "

"The rooms were clean and well appointed and the beds quite confortable and thw instant hot water was a nice surprise as most hotels take forever to run hot. The outside abient lighting was a huge issue as the blinds were not suffocoent and the traffic noise at times was unfortunate. Also the door allow water from the balcony to soak the carpet nearby. We (6 adults had hoped to enjoy the pool and hottin but is was completely overrun by soccer teams, their parents and siblings. Ridiculously...

"Great stay. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was outstanding! Rooms were very clean with exception for a small amount of mold in the caulking along the bathtub. The room was cool in temperature but didn’t think it was 65 like we had it set to. Every staff member was very friendly. We will definitely be back."
