The entire staff made us feel comfortable. We don’t speak Italian but they spoke English and assisted us with our plans in the city and transportation. We loved our stay and would return if the opportunity presents itself.

We stayed in a beautiful superior room with balcony and definitely recommend this hotel. Great service, friendly staff and one of the few hotels to have a pool on the roof. Within walking distance to all the attractions yet away from the crowd with beautiful views, perfect.

The hotel was stunning, staff extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in (room 130) was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for more, especially as it had a balcony where we could sit out in the evening with a nice bottle of Prosecco!! The rooftop terrace for breakfast and dinner was sublime with stunning views of Florence. We will highly recommend the Kraft Hotel to our friends and we definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our Silver Wedding anniversary so special.

Perfect place for our 3 days in Florence! Everyone that works there is so nice and accommodating! Our room was beautiful and we loved having a balcony! It was fantastic to have a pool after a day of sightseeing! It was about a mile to Uffizi, Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. We didn’t mind the 20 minute walk at all, walking along the Arno river was beautiful!

Stayed at the Kraft one night with the family and it was exactly as advertised. It is not your Big Brand hotel, but it had everything we needed. The staff was pleasant and the room nice. The roof pool and bar was a nice extra. My only negative was the prices at the restaurant/bar. 8 Euro for a Shirley temple?!?!?!

The staff are incredible and friendly always. Having a rooftop pool and breakfast on the rooftop were unique to Florence and would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was more than adequate. Hotel in a quiet area and yet walking distance to everything my family wanted to see!

This is a beautiful property situated with a rooftop bar and swimming pool, overlooking the city center of Florence. It is just far enough removed to be away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough that a brisk walk will get you into the city center. The people are terrific. The rooms are spacious. The ceilings are high and I would highly recommend this property to anybody wanting to travel to Firenze.

A very nice and clean hotel. The members of staff were very helpful, courteous and hard working. The location is convenient (we walked everywhere) and it is nice to walk along the river. Soundproofing was the only disadvantage. Breakfast was OK and the view from the restaurant very nice. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant.
