The owners/management were Hospitable and professional. The pool and hot tub were downright incredible! The rooms were nice!

Long story short, the bathroom had lots of black mold, the door was falling off the hinges, the hair dryer kept falling off the wall, the sink handle kept falling off when you used it, the pool was closed most of the time and was dirty and the people who checked us in barely knew how to use the computer. Plus the room smelled like it was a smoking room in the past so it just had “a smell”. I will also have to check to see that we were not charged twice as we paid online and then they insured that we only paid to hold our spot…too many red flags along with a delapidated buikding. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We had three rooms. One the tv was broke, one the shower handle was broke. All three had dirty floors. Lady at desk was nice, the man was rude.

Expedia messed up my reservations and I paid for three nites and the hotel only gave me two nites and kicked us out and took our money for three nites and refuses to return the money I want a full refund now

First, we paid a hefty amount to stay here. Upon arrival, check in was quick. We got to our room and it wasnt so good. There was what looked like mold in the bathroom, the bath tub didnt drain and there wasnt much hot water, it only got luke warm. We couldnt really use the pool because the owner was throwing a party. They said we could use it *it was marked closed* then when we went in there was food tables out and the management said we could only use half the pool, had to be quiet and couldnt even splash. The hot tub wasnt even an option. We paid for the pool and couldnt even use it although we got told we could. I plan to get a partial refund and speak to my lawyer about getting it all back. Verg disappointed. Do NOT recomment staying here. It needs to be inspected and shut down until its up to parr. Pay your money elsewhere.
