Buongiorno, la ringrazio per la sua recensione, che seppur negativa ci aiuta a migliorare. Le ricordo però che lei ha prenotato una camera singola con dimensioni ben specificate su questo portale. Non abbiamo riscontrato nella camera i problemi da lei descritti, ma per accontentarla le è stato proposto più volte dalla collega di cambiare stanza, ma purtroppo lei ha declinato la proposta. Per quanto riguarda invece la colazione le assicuro che le uova vengono cotte ogni mattina. Come del resto tutti gli altri prodotti.

But this time we would like to reply to you, because your review is not the truth. - 1 It’s not my fault if In Italy in August is holidays time. Lots of shops are closed and only supermarkets are open, expecially in the countryside. - 2 Our hotel is in the countryside and on foot is far (2 km) to reach the village centre, but I think you took note of this when you made the reservation. - 3 The owner of the hotel and the receptionist have kindly suggested and shown you how to cut the bread. During your stay You didn’t cut the tip of the bread, but from the center and furthermore with bare hands. Not good for hygiene. I think you noticed the special napkin. Other guests have noticed your behavior and have complained of this. Your review sounds like a blackmail, so we will send the practice to our law office to verify if there are any claims for a defamation complain. We are sorry if you are offended, but nobody has ever talked to you or replied so badly during your stay, even during this episode, as we usually do. For us nobody had to apologized to you. We are very sorry for what happened, but as you can see from other reviews, we are not described as you did. Unfortunately for you, your review did not make us angry and for this we hope to have you again as a our welcome guest, so you can change your opinion about us.
