We had a great stay here! The staff were incredibly kind, rooms were clean as can be, location was within 20 mins walking to all sightseeing. The only downside of our stay was there was no shower in our room. It was simply a tub and a shower head that needed to be held by hand. This wasn’t the end of the world for us as it was only 2 nights and we made do just fine. I would definitely recommend for a short stay in Florence!

Very nice n helpful staff. 8mis walk from the station n close to most of the historical sites. Rooms are very clean, specious and had wonderful garden view.

We liked it! Modest but clean and very spacious! Only downside was lack of a shower curtain and a little noisy from neighbors moving furniture.

The property was very nice and quiet inside. Beautiful courtyard. The nuns were absolutely wonderful and i enjoyed i could hear them singing :)

We loved our stay here....the staff were extremely nice and helpful and was close to everything major youd want to see. We were able to walk to everything. Was also only 10 mn walk to the train station.

Safe and quiet. We ate at the Osteria Vecchio Cancello (spectacular!) which was just around the corner. The nuns were so helpful and kind, and let us store our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Would stay again!

Hotel and the staff were great and very responsive. Only thing is the walls are very thin and you can hear everything and everyone. For the most part it was quiet at night and no issues, but in the early morning you can hear everyone else (guests) talking and banging doors.

Helpful and discreet hostesses (Franciscan nuns), the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom layout was a bit awkward and its door kept banging on the bedside table when opened. Our only real issue was the noise from neighbouring guests. Woken in the middle of the night by a loud mobile phone ringing and loud voiced guest - ie the noise from neighbouring room can be quite invasive. Otherwise, it was lovely.

We absolutely loved staying in this convent. It’s peaceful and quiet, and you can hear the church bells. We also loved hearing the nuns singing in the afternoon. 10 out of 10 for a beautiful experience!

The nuns looked after us very well. If you are looking for incredible value for money, customer service and absolute spotless cleanliness in your rooms, then this is the hotel for you. The interior courtyard was also surprisingly peaceful. I was worried beforehand as it was just so much cheaper than the competition, but I would absolutely stay there again. It is basic, but wonderful. You cannot beat the customer service. Enjoy!

Hard to find convent stay. The listing says #13 but the door is #11. And there is no sign. The bed is not comfortable. But safe place to rest my head.

Absolutely no complaints. Room and common areas were clean. Hotel is about a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport and 15 minute walk to the main center of Florence. The train station is within a 10 minute walk.

Great stay! Very friendly and helpful front desk. The hall way where the rooms are may seem a little creepy since it’s almost pitch black throughout the day, but it was a nice stay overall. They had water bottles in our room for us and clean towels and bed sheets everyday. The bed is technically two twin size beds put together, but I believe that’s something that’s common out in Italy. Easy 5 min walk from the main terminal in Florence and about a 5 min walk to the Duomo.

Great place to stay in Florence
Very clean and spacious rooms, serviced every day with fresh towels and remade beds, communal kitchen areas and English TV channels. Hotel run by nuns who are polite and friendly, always with a smile on their faces :-) Location great and close to S.M.N. station, downtown Florence a 15 min walk.

It feels very overpriced for what you get. No outlets in bathroom for electric razor or hair dryer. Beds sqeaky and uncomfortable. No coffee maker. We stayed 3 nights and towels never changed and had to ask for drinking water. Very stark environment. Not a hotel feeling Nuns who run front desk were very nice from Indonesia and Vietnam. Rooms clean.

The sisters here were very helpful and kind. You can walk to most sight seeing in 10-30 minute. If other hotel guests are loud you can hear everything. And we could not stop the mosquitos from getting in no matter how hard we tried. For the price it is definitely convenient and the staff are kind but keep in mind it's and older hotel and some things come along with that!

The location for walking, shopping, dining is excellent. Its walking distance to museums, cafes, train and bus stations. We had a car rental, and the public, 24 hour garage was a bit of a walk, when youre dragging luggage. Rooms are very small, and walls very thin, you hear everything in the hallways, upstairs and next door, like tv, etc. Bed was not very comfortable, room was pretty plain, no artwork, but a cross (guess that's all we need anyway, Jesus) and a small frame. The sisters were kind and check in/out a breeze.

This is a lovely clean place with simple but very adequate facilities. The sisters are extremely kind & welcoming. However, the bathtub is very small possibly due to eco friendly conditions. If you’re more than 5’6”, it would be uncomfortable. The shower over the tub is great. Highly recommended. Many restaurants & markets close by. Station is only10 mins walk away.

Stay was in a good area close to the train station, shopping, places to eat and walkable distance to a lot of the places we wanted to see. Rooms are a little dated but staff friendliness and location cleaners made up for it.

Convenient Pantry and good location
The hotel has a pantry include microwave, kettle and fridge. 7 min walk to the railway station. The room has a balcony. There is a nice garden in the ground floor.

It is a bit basic. But it has everything you need. The city centre is on walking distance though you couldn’t tell. The rooms are really quietly located.
