“A quiet gem in the heart of the Rocky Mountains”

A well run, well organized inn located on the main road through town. This location offers the quiet and peace needed for a great night's sleep after a hard day on the slopes. Just miles from some of the best skiing in the Rockies. Hot tub room available also. This inn is as close as you can get to experiencing the atmosphere of the old mining communities without becoming an old miner to do it. It is truly a place and pace that brings clarity to real living.

“Very Ordinary Hotel”

It was clean, the beds were average in comfort. Don't believe the ad about upscale bedding. Clean & functional is what you get. The room did come with a microwave and refridgerator.

“Not recommended”

This hotel will probably work for construction workers or hunters etc who need a place to crash for extended periods of time where they can make a mesh and get away with it. You could probably process an elk in your room and no one would notice. Older but big room, bad beds, reasonably clean but definitely a 2 star at best. Unfortunately for us we were only staying one night and wanted a decent place. Got up in the morning to take a shower but had no hot water. Called the office but they did not really seem to be too worried about it. So no shower. I would not take my family here - there is a newer hotel with a pool just south a block down the street we came to find out.
