Rooms were very clean and well appointed, best water pressure of all the hotels we stayed in on this trip (5)...Parking was a little tight but safe and secure.

Room was nice. Morning breakfast was also nice. We stayed at this hotel many years ago. Only negative… they now close the pool area at 10pm. Previously, we were able to relax around the fire pit in the evenings, chatting over several glasses of wine. Pool area is very tranquil and nice. Now.. they close at 10pm. No alcohol allowed.. no glass allowed. Their website did not explain any of this. The only reason we booked this hotel was because of the wonderful, positive experience we had in evenings.

This hotel had a great staff. It was clean and the room was comfortable. The free breakfast had a lot of options and the oasis space for hanging out was great, the pool and hot tub were great amenities. There is also a limo service that is complimentary for guests every night from 5-10pm and will take you anywhere within 2 miles from the hotel. The historic/downtown/ waterfront is all walkable from here as well. We did rent a car because the main tourist attractions of the area are 20mins- and hour away, but it’s a great central location.

Did a great job at making the pool/hot tub/ firepit area a really nice ,fun area. Fun tropical looking area nicely layed out in a private space with a pool table and gym and breakfast area. Very pleasant area. And the room we had, a king size, was clean and nicely dnne

The hotel is clean, but the room cleaning is not on a scheduled routine, so you have to go find towels and more coffee.

Beautiful hotel. Staff very nice and friendly. They were very fast coming to the room when we discovered we had no remote. It’s clean and the coffee at any time was great and so needed. The fact that we could have been driven to certain restaurants was a huge bonus

Awesome! Exceeded expectations.
This hotel exceeded our expectations! It’s very thoughtfully managed and maintained. There is a great spread for breakfast, their (free) limbo service took us to dinner and back, there is an awesome espresso machine in the lobby next to a gorgeous salt water fish tank. The grounds have beautiful landscaping and water features throughout. And then ofcourse the outdoor area is just fantastic. It’s got a huge hot tub and pool, tiki torches light up with flames at night, a gas fire pit with comfy seating, it’s all just so well done. Also the rooms were fully equipped and updated and cozy. We will always recommend this hotel! Sincerest thank you to all the staff at this Best Western for making this place such a great experience. Your hard work shows!

This isn’t the quietest property but what they lack in location they make up for with their hidden oasis! I stay here every time I come to eureka! Good breakfast, great hot tub and always friendly staff.

Check in was a headache
Front desk guy made the check in process a huge headache, literally took 20+ min to check in, charged $10’for my kids to stay even though I told him they were not staying in the room (in laws live near by) if you want a smooth process this is not the place. Unfortunately I will most likely not stay here in the future.
