He was very rude and arrogant and accused me of stealing their room key when I didn’t and talked to me so rudely. He then checked the camera and reached back to inform that the key was found. When I escalated the situation, they did not do anything about it. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, did not want to shower there. Would definitely not recommend."
