Thank you for your feedback. Just to be clear, your original reservation had 2 nights. YOU contacted Expedia and changed your reservation to 1 night. You were given emails on both occasions to confirm how many days you had. You also got an email the day of arrival that showed you having a room for only one night. Expedia does an excellent job at keeping track of when and what the guest does to modify their reservation. The front desk did not mix anything up. Please look at your emails AND the amount you were charged for your stay and you will see what happened to the reservation. I am glad that we had an emergency room to be able to give you so you would have a room to sleep in. Thanks for staying with us.
