Great place for family to stay the week
Plenty of space for the family to spread out. Large beds in each room. Lots of closet space to keep things. Love that we could park the car in the garage. Garage opening is pretty narrow to get in and out of, so we only parked inside one night. A garage door opener would have been nice to go in and out of, but not a big deal to go through front door. Neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Next door neighbor we met was super friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful spacious home
The home was pretty well maintained and beautifully decorated. The oven never heated properly. The landscaping (in the back yard) was not maintained. There was a lot of dog poop when we arrived and the ants were very excessive. Didn’t use the bathroom on the lower level as you would get attacked by the ants. There was no BBQ grill as advertised. The toilet on the upper floor ran constantly. Only 2 tvs worked. The pool man showed up on Thursday after we complained it was not cleaned on Wednesday. Many items were provided and there was never an essential item that was not provided. Much thought was given to providing essentials. Check in and out was easy. The location was excellent with close proximity to the beach.

Nice house for families but needs A/C
This was a good house for families to rent. Very clean with the exception of the backyard could have used a little cleaning up. The house, however, does get very hot and there was only one working fan. With the climate, continuing to get hotter, I would highly suggest the owners invest in air conditioning.

Great location- poor customer service
The pool was dirty. We checked in on Monday after 4:00 pm. I reported the dirty pool and sent pictures. They claimed the pool was clean and the pool guy would be there on their scheduled day (Tuesday). The pool guy showed up on Wednesday as we were checking out. He proceeded to clean the pool and apologize for the inconvenience. I sent pictures to Vacasa of the clean pool so they could see the clear difference. The house also shows there is cooling and heating. But the call center stated there is no air conditioning! Then I got text from Vacasa apologizing for the inconvenience and stating that someone to fix the ac soon. I asked them to give me a 10 minute before showing up on the property. I got the the 10 minute notice two hours after I checked out. Once again they apologized for the inconvenience and offered to give me “credit “. I asked for a partial refund instead. They said they would ask their manager and get back to me . It’s been a week and I have not heard back from them. Nice house , good location, poor customer service by Vacasa .
