The place was very clean and cozy, more than enough towels and toiletries for the one night stay. Accessible kitchen, coffee and tea in the room. The host (the lady I texted and talked to on the phone), was very kind and helpful and helped us through the check in process as I was having some issues. We couldn't have asked for more. The only issue was someone upstairs was making so much noise through late in the night which was a bit annoying. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Icon Inn! It was quiet, very clean, and in a great location! We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Ellensburg! Loved that it was a small hotel and not a chain. We would recommend to friends and family.

Super clean and cozy .... and modern
This hotel was definitely one of the cleanest and freshest hotels I've ever stayed in. Modern vibe, cozy (room lighting, high-end linens, etc). You'll want to note that check-in is self-serve, all on your phone. No "front desk." I hit a snag with the technology but it was easy to remedy. There's a kitchen to share with other guests, which I didn't use but thought was nice - and clean! Definitely did not disappoint.

This is self service hotel operated by QR codes. Which leaves a lot of room for glitches. Fortunately there is 1 woman who is onsight who saved the day. Her name is carmen. The facilities are super barebone. Looks like an abandoned dormitory. Will probably not ever go to another Icon Inn if any others pop up.

This is such a unique property. We loved all of the stylish touches in our room and especially the extra amenities throughout the property. The open kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meal and the laundry facilities were especially helpful after a sweaty run! We will definitely be back for another stay.

This place was great!! Security seemed very high tech and made me comfortable!! Was a tad bit worried about the lack of staff but it was actually amazing! So wonderful!!

Great new option in Ellensburg
So nice to find a great new hotel in Ellensburg, we have avoided staying here after a bad experience nearby a few years ago. Very clean and easy access.

This is a self check-in property, however if help is needed they are just a phone call/text away. The hotel appears to be new and was modern and clean. Our room was clean and comfy. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Although right by the freeway we did not hear any noise. If you plan to stay for many days it should be noted that you have to provide your own housekeeping services. Guests have access to the clean linens, so you strip your own bed and have to remake it. There is also a well equipped kitchen in the lobby area for guests to use of they so choose. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here.

We stayed in Icon Inn Ellensburg for one night on our road trip to Vancouver. The hotel’s high tech checkin and the modern elegant decorations made it so unique and attentive. The courteous staff , full size kitchen and free laundry make me feel so comfortable just like at home. Beds are super cozy. Over all this stay made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This is an awesome place to stay. The beds and linens are top quality. The decor and design is elegant and romantic. Checkin is with a Kioski. Which was super easy to use. Our room came with a fridge, microwave and programable safe. There is a fully stocked communal kitchen with chobani yogurt and muffins available. We bought eggs and cheese that we cooked in the kitchen. There is a small dinning area with vending machines, board games and a fun old stule 2 person pacman arcade game. It is very accommodating if you have a pet for a small extra fee.
