We enjoyed our stay at the Icon Inn! It was quiet, very clean, and in a great location! We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Ellensburg! Loved that it was a small hotel and not a chain. We would recommend to friends and family.

Super clean and cozy .... and modern
This hotel was definitely one of the cleanest and freshest hotels I've ever stayed in. Modern vibe, cozy (room lighting, high-end linens, etc). You'll want to note that check-in is self-serve, all on your phone. No "front desk." I hit a snag with the technology but it was easy to remedy. There's a kitchen to share with other guests, which I didn't use but thought was nice - and clean! Definitely did not disappoint.

This is self service hotel operated by QR codes. Which leaves a lot of room for glitches. Fortunately there is 1 woman who is onsight who saved the day. Her name is carmen. The facilities are super barebone. Looks like an abandoned dormitory. Will probably not ever go to another Icon Inn if any others pop up.
