Cleaning going on delayed or check in. Checked in to a chirping smoke detector. Neighbor fix it guy tried to fix it but it beeped all night and the maintenance phone guy said they could not come that day. I ended up getting on the kitchen counter and removed it. Several lights out so not enough light to read in Master"

"The home was in a good area for what we needed. The thermostat was difficult to use it seemed like the touch screen wasn't working, thankfully the owner was able to turn down the temp from their phone but we had difficulty doing it on our own before reaching out and the next morning."
