The mattress I slept on, needed to be replaced in room 241, it has something sticking out of it that could potentially cut you if not careful, besides that, everything was ok

It is in a great location walking distance to store's and restaurants public transportation is close also. The front desk staff Daniella,Eric,javin is very helpful when it comes down to checking in they make the peocess go by smooth. The management staff Mark and Kim are very helpful if you have a situation an you let them known about it they will go handle it or send security.the house keeping staff are. Wonderful they make sure you have your lien if your missing something like a face towel or blanket they will get the item to uou within 10 minutes. Booked 2 nights. Came back to find my key didn't work. My personal belongings had been thrown into trash bags and placed in the lost and found. They didn't care that I had paid for 2 days and had the email confirmation. Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a motel 6. Expedia did nothing of an value to rectify the situation.

I've been coming to this motel 6 for years. The receptionist in the front she has the most beautiful eye and she is very respectful. Just thing I will complain about are the lack of TV channels and ac not working

My check was so terrible. I can’t even begin to explain to you how ridiculous it is to check into a hotel and then have the hotel tell you that Expedia can’t pay them the money that you paid Expedia. I’m a platinum member and I’m getting treated like this. I’m I’m done this is terrible. They better do something about this. I better get a free room out of this because I’m telling you right now. This is the second time this is happening to me second time.

It was very noisy there were people speaking loudly in the hallways, car alarms going off thorugh the entire night and when I called and spoke to the front desk about it they said something would be done but nothing was done about the on going car alarms. In the am I was told "they cant identify whose car it is" because the owner failed to place their permit on the dashboard and still couldn't tow the vehichle that was disturbing everyone's rest.
