Pool is absolutely vile, avoid it at all costs. Chunks floating everywhere.
The smell from the chlorine of the pool can be enjoyed virtually everywhere in this hotel, even 3 floors away from it in your room.
Staff were fantastic, but what can they possibly do about these issues? The staff were the only saving grace of this entire stay.

We investigated with our maintenance team and found that the smell of pool chemicals may be present inside the pool area immediately after they are added. We do apologize that our amenities where not up to your standard, but they are regularly working and maintained. The room was clean. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. The pool was very cold though. Hot tub was a great temp.

Slickest bathtub surface in the world! Need non-skid pads put back in! You could see where the old ones were. Replace them! I almost slid on my rump the second I stepped in. I had to stand on a hand towel to keep from slipping and falling.
Guest check in was easy and pleasant. Samantha waa great and even suggested a wonderful place for dinner. She was spot on. Room was beautiful and super clean. Comfy bed too. Breakfast was very good and one if the best I've had in a hotel in a long time. Thank you for a great stay!
Highly recommend this hotel! Comfortable, clean, spacious, great pool and hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate available at all times.
The chemical smell was so strong in the pool we had to leave bc it was burning our throats and eyes and it set off an asthma attack in my son. When we got back to the room there was a HUG bug crawling down the wall.

Our hotel utilizes an pool chemical automation system that continuously monitors and delivers the right amount of chemicals. We do apologize about the chemical imbalance and do have our maintenance team looking at our logs to see what may have happened and how we can improve our system. Our local pest control company is contracted by our hotel to serve us monthly and will be coming out to take a look at your guestroom as well to ensure that any bugs have been eliminated. Our check in people were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and welcoming. The pillows definitely need a refresh as they had no substance at all. The breakfast area was clean and replenished often. The only thing is they do not have a waffle maker but instead a machine making pancakes that are very rubbery and tasteless.
The hotel was in great shape, rooms were big and very clean. I booked the wrong dates for my stay and Orbitz would do nothing to help me change it. Orbitz indicated they contacted the property manager and they would not change the dates and i'd have to rebook (costing another night). I called the manager directly and he was friendly and worked with me to adjust my stay.
Great experience all around, would recommend staying here to anyone. Will think twice before using Orbiz to book again.
The open air lobby to the second floor was not the best design choice. A large party came in late in the evening. They were talking in normal tone, yet I felt like I was in the middle of the room with them. Asking for a room higher up will take care of the noise.
The bed was SO comfortable and clean! Ann at the service desk was so friendly and helpful. She made me feel welcomed. Like i was a guest in her own home. That was a great feeling.

Thank you for kind words. We will start having our front desk close the fire doors off the 2nd floor balcony during our quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.We appreciate the kinds words about our staff and the hotels' cleanliness - we take great pride in that everyday!
People above us were jumping off beds and running around room. Didn’t stop at 10pm. We finally called the front desk at around 10:45pm and it took about another 45 minutes for them to quiet down. Unbelievable.
Breakfast was awesome and so was the attendant. Neat and food was always fill. Best biscuits I have ever had.

I wasn't able to make it that night due to a emergency and was still charged and they wouldn't change the date or do anything further. Horrible service
