I love that the front desk gave us a treat bag for our dog. Unfortunately there was a break in at 4:00am in the parking lot. Overall it was affordable & close to a variety of restaurants.

We specifically reserved a pet friendly room. Upon check-in they had given the last pet friendly room away to people with no pets. The property grounds is not well kept, there's garbage and dog poop everywhere. The hotel is old and run down, nothing updated. There was a mouse trap in the stairwell. Our room was dirty. I would not stay here again, nor would it recommend it.

Check in friendly. We had a room on the first floor, 107, it felt rather dark and dank..had rooms on the second floor previous, and was much better. Breakfast was ok.

Staff was kind, however, our room was not the cleanest, especially the bathroom. Only a small shampoo and two bar soaps is offered in the room for toiletries. 2 pillows per bed and very thin bedding. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast with options for waffles, sausage and hashbrowns. We did not spend much time in pur room so it was a place to rest at the end of the day. Very basic.

The bed is very comfortable. The pillow is very soft. Our request is accommodated althoughthey forgot to give us complementary water. The location is perfect because it's near the shopping areas I love and coffee shop I often go to. Overall, the hotel is clean and quiet. Good job to all the staffs.

It wasn’t very clean. The door keys were terrible ours didn’t work most of the time had to go to the front desk twice. The hotel needs to be updated badly.

The staff and the hotel amenities are nice, the pool area was great and the kids loved it! The dining room had very small tables, 4 didn’t fit around one table. The area is in a cramped area of the city and we were constantly being woken up by people ripping up and down the road in motorcycles and ‘Berta’d trucks with missing exhaust systems. Overall the stay was a solid 3/5 and I would recommend the facility if you’re looking for a comfortable place to crash for a night or two. Any longer and there are better facilities in the city.

Pool with slide was great for our little one but the 10 pm hard deadline for closure made it hard for our teens to enjoy. Rooms could use an update, and while clean overall the glass over artwork was quite dirty. Did not like the blankets - seemed poor quality for a hotel. Great location, good breakfast, great staff so overall still had a good stay.

Staff were nice and the typical hotel breakfast was decent, but the property is pretty beat up and dirty. Flushed the toilet and our bathtub backed up and would not drain. Everything in our room was in rough shape from the roof to the walls and paint, blinds and beds. Pool area was very dirty. Hottub hot not been cleaned in a while. Would not recommend.
