Overall Great Property - would recommend
Anything a person could need was available in the fully stocked kitchen! Place was tidy and exactly what we were looking for to spend a weekend away for a 40th bday. The cleanliness of the hot tub was a little sketchy (fake petals and golf balls floating about) but didn't hold us back from using this beautiful rooftop patio. Lack of communication at the start was a bit frustrating and definitely not enough toilet paper available for 6 women but being able to vacation in this amazing penthouse more than made up for any minor frustrations. Would stay here again if the opportunity ever arose again in the future!

We had an amazing time here!! The views are amazing, the hot tub is huge and the karaoke machine was a hit! This is a perfect spot for a private party. The kitchen is fully stocked in dishes and glasses. It is beautiful!

Great stay
We had a great stay at this property for a girls weekend. Natalia was fantastic to deal with and the property was just what we wanted. The best part is the roof top patio! Would recommend to anyone in town, especially a group.

Amazing Property!
I’ve stayed twice at this Condo now and it’s as it says- AMAZING! The location is perfect, incredible views and there’s nothing else available like it when it comes to the private patio with huge hot tub! Everything you need is available in the kitchen and bathrooms! Can’t wait to stay again!

Great property located centrally
The property is conveniently located and within walking distance to many amenities, including restaurants and spas. The property has 2 bedrooms and an open-air loft with a sofa bed and a lovely open space kitchen/dining room/living room. Although 3 bedrooms would have been preferred, the overall space worked well for us and we enjoyed it and the beautiful roof-top patio. We encountered a few hiccups at the property; however, the owner was very responsive and took quick action, thereby ensuring a better overall stay. I would recommend this property and the owner.

Perfect spot downtown
We had an amazing time for my cousin’s bachelorette party weekend. Everything from location to amenities were perfect. Rooftop patio with hot tub and a nice big kitchen to host us. Location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Would stay there again.

Wedding Festivities!
This is a perfect spot for entertaining or relaxing! All the amenities you need, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great views and an awesome, central location. We hosted our son's wedding party of 16 and totally enjoyed this property as did they! Highly recommend. If you're waffling between a few hotel rooms or splurging a little, treat yourself. You won't be sorry!!

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience here - not only was check in smooth but the amenities exceeded all of our expectations. Roof top hot tub & bar were too much fun! Kitchen and sleeping arrangements also perfect. Will be back!

Fabulous penthouse
Check in and communication with the host went smoothly. Our friends and I were able to meet and celebrate life with friends. The rooftop area was fantastic and we spent most of our time there. The hot tub was awesome, the bbq and the seating area outside were a hit. The AC inside was so nice to cool down with. In the evening we stayed the night with friends and the bedrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, but I wish there were window coverings in the primary bedroom because the sunlight was very bright when we woke up. Otherwise, thanks for the great stay! We will be back for sure.

Second bathroom toilet does not flush. Microwave does not work. Check in process was terrible.
Property is nice and location is good. Set up nicely for parties. Could use a sink outside and access to a second floor bathroom. Check in process was not easy. Vrbo sent wrong check in instructions and then owner was still not able to grant me building access. It took a long time to get sorted out. Not level of service I was expecting given the cost to rent this condo

First off, the property owners were very communicative when booking which was very helpful. And the property manager who helped us to check in on the day of was great and answered any questions we had. She gave us a thorough check in to make sure that we would be good on our own. Even the cleaning lady who came during check out was beyond sweet and made conversation with us. Now the property has only one way of being described and that’s wow!! The place is so beautiful and honestly the pictures don’t do it as much justice. My fiancée and I were motivated if anything to get a place just like that. The penthouse was stunning, clean, and overall a great place to stay. And the rooftop view is spectacular. Not only that, being able to sit in the hot tub while enjoying that view is on another level of perfect. I would definitely stay there again and I know for a fact so would my fiancée. In fact he has suggested that we should stay there again. If looking for a beautiful spot to stay in for a getaway, this is definitely the place to do it:) Thank-you for a great experience!

Fantastic venue for birthday celebration
I rented the property to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. I had a chef and assistant come in to do all the cooking. The facility had everything I needed and the kitchen had everything the chefs required. The communication with Kim, the VRBO manager, was fantastic. She was quick to communicate. Natalia did a walk through with me and brought me up to speed. 4 stars given for check in due to the alarm was set when it was not supposed to be. It was quickly resolved with Natalia's help.

Perfect Set Up
Great location and layout! We were able to host a dinner prior to our group taking a short rideshare over to watch the Oilers game. There was lots of room with the large island seating and adjacent table. Living room was comfy with a welcome fire place and the TV/sound system filled the room with a great ambiance. The main floor balcony was convenient but the roof top patio was nothing short of amazing. As expected a little cold in January but we still enjoyed the incredible views of West Edmonton. In summer this must be an amazing place to watch the sun go down. When it was finally time to say good night the 2 main floor bedrooms were convenient, one with it's own ensuite. The additional fold down in the balcony level was also appreciated. Overall a great expereince!

Beautiful, convenient, and so fun!
Such a great location! Owners were quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything and MORE! The terrace had a great view of the west end of the city. Was able to watch a thunder storm from the hot tub! So beautiful. Hope to go back again next summer!

Great location- great place!
