They have an underground heated parking. The whole facility is well maintained and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our favorite hotel to stay at in Edmonton.

Clean and professional. Beds were comfy, however the pillows were so incredibly thin and uncomfortable. Parking was hard to come by with so many hotels so close together. Our room was facing the Walmart loading dock at the back of the hotel and it was LOUD when they had a truck arrive in the early hours.

We enjoyed, it was ok. Only thing I found was the carpet in room did not feel or look clean. The staff can be more courteous, it’s hard to get a hi or good morning from them.

Great hotel near West Edmonton Mall. It’s in a line of many hotels but on the nicer end of the road. Clean rooms, underground parking, good office area. Backs onto a shopping area with Walmart, restaurants, goodwill, gas stations, etc.

The hotel was rather dated and worn, although it was clear that the bathrooms had recently been upgraded. Pool and gym were both closed. Rather a disappointment for this property as Sheratons are reliably good usually

Check-in service was easy, the staff are very professional & friendly. Location was ideal. Rave to the housekeeping staff. Very polite and accommodating to requests for room service. Always had a smile & a friendly hello not to mention the rooms were very well kept through their service.

A tad frustrated
I specifically asked for a quiet room I am a light sleeper, the front desk clerk put me in a room facing traffic; asked to be changed to a room facing north about center... put me in a room facing the road again:( doesn't know rooms are odd number??? Phone to restaurant didn't work...

I chose this hotel for the pool but when I got there, I was told the pool was closed for the week. It is not worth the amount of money they charge a night.

Grateful for underground parking on a very cold night. Unfortunately the pool and gym were out of service and the restaurant was closed which we didn't know at the time of booking. The staff were lovely. The room was clean and comfortable.
