"The first things my children said when we arrived is that it looks like a small castle. Overall, the home was well stocked with towels, and everything was in working order. This is our first VRBO, so I cannot comment on cleanliness standards fully, but from what we could tell, the place was clean. "We were checking in late so called them and they gave us nice instructions, everything. Was great. We booked 2 rooms and they gave us adjoining so we could open the door and hang out as a family. Even though we were late, we were greeted by the host and given recommendations for dinner. Very nice and clean place, great comfortable beds. "

"Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us."

"We stayed 3 nights, and had a great time. Everything was as described in the listing. The sun porch was nice, and really loved the coffee bar. We stayed when it was very warm for this time of year and the upstairs window air conditioner was a life (sleep) saver! Don't hesitate to book this property."
