Nice place, comfortable, but some parking limitations, and certain aspects were a little mediocre, like the towels. VERY friendly staff and great location for MSU
Very nice room for a great price. We needed a room at the last minute and were very relieved it was so nice. Really appreciated being able to access Netflix, too!
Room was nice. No cups with the coffee maker in the room and no body soap in the dispenser in the shower. When I spoke with the staff member at the front desk, they did not seem too concerned.

we were mot informed that housekeeping was only every other day unless requested. that would be good to know. breakfast was fine.

I loved the spacious rooms, the quiet, and how safe I felt. I was traveling alone with my disabled 8 year old and I never felt we were unsafe. The room was spotless, I loved the kitchen area especially having my son with me, and the staff was wonderful.

Rooms are nice. However, I could hear people in the room above me last night when I was trying to sleep. The breakfast bar had a variety of options available. A pool would have been nice.

We got there and they had cancelled our reservation even though we had our confirmation email. They told us the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do to help us. They left us stranded with no place to stay. And they didn’t seem to really care. They didn’t even help us find a room anywhere else. Just sorry- you are on your own. Just awful treatment!

We booked a king and the email receipt confirms it. We arrived to a queen and was told they only have queens. Staff didn't care one bit about the situation.
Breakfast was terrible. They were not prepared for the number of guests apparently. Food was constantly empty and they stopped making any new food by 8:30am.
Cost was fairly expensive, and the value for that cost was extremely low.
