This absolutely charming Falmouth rental, located right on Waquoit Bay, is the perfect location for any boat lovers looking for a place to call home during their Cape Cod Vacation. This home comes equipped with a private dock that is boat accessible along with a selection of kayaks, paddle boards, and other gear for fun on the water. Guests of this rental will have no shortage of fun at their fingertips including a large selection of board games, a playset in the yard for the kids, and lush gardens on the property that attract a variety of local birds and other wildlife.

Waquoit Bay is known for its shellfishing and casual boat-goer vibe. It also plays host to some of the most beautiful sunsets on Cape Cod. Find neighborhood beach access at the end of Nichols Road, just a short walk from your front door. A lovely waterfront stay
The view from the porch was beautiful. You can't tell how nice it is from the pictures in the listing. It's a great place for family and friends to relax and talk and see the trees and inlet. Also, wonderful to have the paddleboards and kayaks.

Great location, charming home!
The property was a great value for a four bedroom home right on the water. The house is charming and has a thoughtful selection of games and puzzles that our kids loved-we used the kayaks and paddle boards often (they do have some life vests onsite). The playground and screened in porch made it fantastic for our family which has little and big kids. Communication with Vacasa, which manages the property, was so-so…phone and email is slow but if you text you will get a response promptly. Unlike a personal property manager, though, if you reach out with questions about the listing they seem to just check the listing for answers….they don’t have the same kind of information a person would who knows the actual property. But overall we loved this and would definitely stay again…talking about it for next year, in fact.

Great long weekend
We had a great long weekend with family. Perfect place nestled in the woods across from a narrow preserve. Probate and quiet. Off the beaten path. Nice restaurants and stores within driving distance.
