I corrected the registration form but it wasn't corrected on the hotel system. When I went to the restaurant for dinner, my name was incorrect. I told the waiter again. "Overall the property was good. However, after going to the room once booked in, we realised there was a problem with the TV reception. We were unable to watch any channels. At first the reception staff were very helpful. However, when they could not fix the problem, they upgraded the issue to a maintenance issue. The maintenance man eventually came over a hour later, with no updates. The issue was eventually resolved some 2 to 3 hours later. We did not get any apologies at all from reception or...
