Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable. Walls are paper thin. Parents yelling at kids and girls volleyball team in hallway and room next door. Dont put couples next to that comotion.

Staff are friendly and helpful, and honors our particular request.Good selections for breakfast and the fresh fruits are definitely a bonus. This hotel is also pet-friendly. Definitely will choose this hotel again when visit Canal Park.

Room was clean, although small. Staff was rude. Price was higher than I think it should have been. Ill probably stay at "the suites" next time. Better amenities, bigger rooms, and the staff is always nice when I stay there.

Overpriced and poor communication about pets on property . Whopping 85$ fee for pets.

Most hotels do charge a pet fee to offset the cost of additional cleaning, but I apologize if that was not communicated to you until you were checking in. The place looks nice, offers very friendly staff and a good breakfast. The downside of this place is that it was very noisy. Our room was near the stairs and the elevator was down so the door slamming all night kept us up. The walls are paper thin I could hear conversations and sneezes from the room next door as if they were in the same room as us. Maybe other rooms are less noisy. This was room 300 so if possible ask to be relocated if you are assigned this room. Also in the morning we had a few prank knocks from kids roaming the halls. We were awake so didn't make a big deal about it.

We have stayed here many times to attend Bentleyville and it is by far our favorite place to stay. Super quiet yet kid and dog friendly and withon walking distance of so many restaurants and attractions

Pretty nice hotel overall. The beds were too hard for me but other than that it was adequately clean, and the breakfast seemed plentiful.

We went to to Duluth for a getaway.
We always wanted to go to Bentleyville, and also included the Glensheen mansion Christmas tour. The staff were friendly and helpful. And breakfast and breakfast staff were great!

Only thing we did not like was, we were on 2nd floor, could hear all the walking or running around the room above us.
