“Nice hotel Great Value”
Have stayed in many Hilton Hotels and service is usually very good. Dublin Airport had something special. ALL staff were very willing, friendly and went out of their way to help you. The courtesy bus from and too Dublin Airport and reasonable (25 minutes) bus connection to city centre allows low cost option but return after 12.00 is expensive. Hilton Courtesy bus to Malahide (10 MINS) dep 19.30 return 11.15 should not be missed a real nice place with Marina and all sorts of nice restaurants but book in advance. Hilton has full details see concierge.
“looking forward to returning”
the hilton was everything you would expect it to be. high class quality, service, cleanliness and freindly helpful staff. nothing but compliments! are already planning our next trip
“Great hotel”
This is an amazing hotel to stay at, especially as an airport connection. The service from staff was impeccable and the room very clean and comfortable. Every detail is thought of. If you can get a deal including the breakfast, it truly is a FULL breakfast with more food options than we've ever had at a hotel before (even an espresso machine!). We also had dinner at the restaurant in the evening and it was very tasty (we had the clam chowder and sweet potato & coconut curry with chicken). Even the live 2 man band was very good :) There is a free airport shuttle and parking is 5 euro per night, so it is better to be without a car if you can. We stayed here the night before returning to Toronto and it was a great place to relax the night before coming home. Downtown was about 20 mins by car, but fairly easy to get to - especially if you have GPS.
“Top Notch”
Great value, great hotel, new, very clean, easy to catch bus or quick taxi ride to downtown Dublin, nice market and mall a few steps away, close to airport w/shuttle service
“good choice”
modern clean hotel, reasonable location, good servcie
“Ideal location”
This hotel is an excellent choice for both city and airport. The shuttle service is great, use the freephone at the airport for swift pick up.Bus to Dublin centre a short walk from hotel and Tesco opposite is ideal for snacks etc. Hotel staff were brilliant and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived.Room was spotless and comfortable. The iron and board is an idea that other hotels should adopt,it avoids that "just out if the suitcase"look when going out.Overall a good value option.
“Excellent”
Its called Hilton Dublin airport however it is about 10 miles from the airport. However, there is a mini bus connection from the airport every hour until midnight and at the hotel there is an arrival and departure board so they have made things very easy for you. I was even allowed to do an online check in for free! It is well served by transport into town... and to the coastal reigon so location is great. I DEFINATELY would stay there again... the breakfast is HUGE and includes a full English (Irish) and continental which is simply delicious. I have been to some awful Hiltons in my time, but this one lives up to the high expectations which comes with the Hilton brand.
“Great hotel, a little too far from the city centre”
The Hilton hotel, Dublin airport is a great hotel with helpful staff and I found it to be very clean and comfortable. The hotel is bang opposite a shopping centre, 'The Clare Hall shopping centre', which contains a large Tesco and several other shops. The only complaint which could be made about this hotel is its distance from the city centre. Although regular bus services run from outside the hotel, it can sometimes take over 45 minutes to get into the centre, which can sometimes be annoying. Other than this, the hotel is excellent in every way.
“Very good hotel”
High quality hotel, a little distance from the airport but very convienient complementary shuttle service. High specification room, very clean and comfortable.
“Great Hotel”
Our first contact was the shuttle driver at the airport, He was very friendly and let us know about the signup sheet for the shuttle back to the airport and let us know about some of the hotel services. The staff at the check in counter were also friendly and could answer any questions we had. The room was very clean and had a nice PC desk, large TV and plenty of storage space. The buffet breakfast had an impressive selection of food and beverages.
