I like the proximity and the shuttle to the airport.
I have noticed that the standard has gone down considerably, even in the last months. The prices are much higher than they were ever, 190 euros just for the room which is old and needs redecoration a new mattress on the bed as the one I had was worn out!
I also found that previously you would receive a satisfaction survey, not one to be seen in sight.
Upon arrival I was told that there was no reservation for me which honestly was a big put off as your site sent me a confirmation email. The receptionist said that it wasn't a confirmation but I kept a copy and it's written reservation confirmation!
Then in the restaurant which I found very good before, the food is of poor quality. I was recommended a curry telling me it was not so spicy but in fact I couldn't finish it as it was so hot There were practically no veg in it only a few frozen ones and maybe three chick peas covered in sauce to disguise the lot, frankly I was surprised Next I asked for bread, I was served two brwn roles which were blue moldeed and told by the waiter that he couldn't be checking ebverything, not even I am sorry. So he brought me two slices of "toast", it was obviously stale too so toasted to disguise it. I asked for a complimentrary dessert, the water decided no and I don't understand why he decides as he is the waiter I reported the problem to reception on departure, again no sorry in sight! Shocking service!
