Honestly they have good customer service and it’s located in a really prime area in the marina. A few issues popped up but nothing major (like balcony door wouldn’t close). I would stay here again.

Great hotel. Room was spacious with terrific view of the marina. Lovely pool too. Close distance to all marina activities and restaurants and 10 minute walk to JBR

Fantastic hotel with great facilities and in a lovely area close to beach, bars, restaurants and the metro to Burj area is 25 minutes. The metro is about 2 mins walk from the property. You can get metro to and from airport (50 mins) or you can get a taxi. We paid 160 AED for taxi to hotel. Would probs have taken metro if we'd known.

Its a beautiful property on the Dubai Marina. Our room looked out onto the Marina which was breath taking. The staff are all very pleasent and courteous. The hotel itself is clean and modern. Would highly recommend it for convenience too As JBR is within walking distance and has lots of amenities and a beautiful beach.

Service was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Amenities were better than advertised. I think a few of the service members weren’t sure I was staying there because they asked me multiple times what my room number was upon entering places in the hotel. Other than that it was great.

Great place to stay on many levels from the great customer service to the comfortable room, cleanliness, great view of the Marina showcasing the yachts sailing back and forth. The food was delicious and very convenient to local hot spots.

Great location
Location is excellent… however service in restaurant is quite slow. Pool area beautiful but cramped for size of property and due to it being winter the sun is not there all day.. staff at check in some quite slow. Had a wonderful stay in Dubai as always.. coffee shop coffee is amazing

I booked and paid for a “Marina View” room and upon arrival was told those rooms were unavailable at checkin and put us facing the noisy highway. We checked out the next morning. Why bother having a reservation if it’s not honored.

Ok hotel. Expensive for the facilities, but Dubai airshow prices where the properties advantage. The bars close at random hours and nobody knows which is which. Toilet smells noted to housekeepers, but no change. Bed sheets renewal also. On a happy note, F&B Girl, Kushbu, super helpful and polite.

Loved the hotel! Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Pool area is amazing and relaxing with awesome views. The walk to JBR walk is short but the heat is hot! If coming back to Marina would stay again at hotel. Travelled with family.

Overall excellent hotel. My room was a little small - no room to open the suitcase except in the large entrance hall. But very large shower. Otherwise very well designed. Strange experience when they couldn't put my lunch on the room bill and had to go and get a credit card to pay.

Lovely hotel facing the Dubai Marina.
It is a beautiful brand new hotel, just the room was very small for my taste rest from front desk to wait staff were wonderful. I will definitely stay there again , but I will make sure I will book a bigger superior room then deluxe room. I give them five stars.

The Hotel is brand new. The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel is located in Dubai Marina, the vibrant tourist area of dubai. @ walking distance from the beach.

From check in with Rose this was a great experience been to Dubai 19 times and this hotel is a must stay he got upgrade to amazing suite room 1004 out of this world view's of Dubai Marina absolutely massive room and balcony thinks again Rose also a nice cake for our wedding anniversary brilliant staff great location pool amazing view's can't speak highly enough of this place right up with the best places we have stayed from Scotland

Visited Dubai for our 40th Wedding Anniversary, hotel staff were excellent, simply could not do enough for us, service was first class, as was that of the Tourism Planner who help plan and secure all our activities while we were there. Will definitely be back next time we are in Dubai, excellent hotel and superb location.
