“QUALITY HOTEL REASONABLY PRICED”
Hotel opened 2 months ago so therefore still has things to come such as business centre, beauty spa, but these things are happening in the future according to staff. Hotel is fantastic, Apartments are very spacious, altho strangely they dont have dvd players in the rooms which most apartments in dubai supply. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is in Al Barsha/Greens and is surrounded at the moment by construction work but i have to say we did not notice it or hear it when inside hotel or at pool, one point to note is i noticed alot of cabin crew are staying at this hotel at the moment.....they are mostly fine however there are always a few who let them down - playing music loud at the pool and generally rude, however i'm sure hotel would have dealt with this had i complained, i just didnt want the stress in the end. But all in all, i loved it and would stay again.

“Great value for Money!”
Fairly unknown brand, but this place is fabulous, I stayed in an executive suite and it was just huge, full kitchen and a very large living room with a guest WC. The bedroom was really spacious and the bed beyond comfortable. The whole place was very nicely decorated with a contemporary theme and high tech amenities. Will defiantly stay there again. The down side is that it is surrounded by construction sites but surprisingly quiet.

Gem of a hotel that is run extremely well. Very pleasant and accommodating staff who look after you very well.
“Nothing is too much trouble....................”
Hotel has only been opened approx. 7 months but management have got it exactly right. Arrived at hotel 8 am and was in our 2 bed suite 15 mins later after it had been inspected. Yes hotel is in the middle of a building site but if you are researching Dubai you will know that building works are everywhere. Customer service to die for and cleanliness awesome. Swimming pool open 24 hours and fruit kebabs and cold towels provided during daytime. Taxis pass the hotel all day so easy for the staff to hail one on your behalf. Fruit basket on arrival, tea / coffee / toiletries replaced on a daily as is bottled water - both large and small. An excellent hotel and a superb price from Expedia.
“Our new favourite place to stay in Dubai”
Lovely spacious 1 bedroom suite, with kitchen and living room as standard. Very modern design, great pool, large too! The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in. The room service was excellent, although we never tried the breakfast. The housekeeping service was a little inconsistent, some days the bathroom was cleaned, others, not. There was not always complimentary water left, and sometimes the table surfaces were not even wiped! After we spoke to the housekeeping supervisor, things did change, but we were disappointed at first. Overall, we loved the hotel, it felt like a home away from home, very relaxed and brand new. It is a little far away from some attractions, but very close to Mall of the Emirates and also close to the Jumeirah Bech and Marina area. It is Dubai though, so that is to be expected. You will not find a hotel that is close to everything, now far away from construction. Great place, would definitely come back - our new favourite place to stay in a great city!!
“Very nice place”
We were two families; took the three bedroom suite. Very clean. The hotel is very close to metro and plenty of taxis keep driving by. Though the hotel is outside the city, we preferred the quietness. Staff was very friendly.
“it was a good choice”
the hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. it's close from mall of the Emirates. - the only negative thing is that most of the taxi drivers don't know the hotel because it's new and the area where it's located is also new. so, you need to take the hotel map with you for such case or call the hotel.
“Great hotel, great service”
I booked a private transfer and early check-in direct with the hotel following my expedia booking. I was told the earliest check-in I could get was 9.00am but they had it ready on my arrival. The room was large and spacious. The staff were very helpful and getting a taxi was quick and easy.
“Like luxury apartments at a reasonable price”
Dubai has no central location for attractions. Trying to choose a hotel based on location (other than beach) is futile. Therefore, while the location was just okay, it has nothing to do with the hotel itself. We think this hotel was originally built as luxury apartments, but would do better as rentals in the economic downturn. We are a family of 4 and were thrilled to find a place that gave us ample room - at a very reasonable price. Instead of 2 pricey hotel rooms, we got one large, beautiful 3-bedroom apartment for an extremely reasonable price! The hotel has all the amenities, including a nice pool and a wonderful breakfast buffet. The concierge and staff were friendly and helpful. The beds are beyond comfortable. Go to the hotel's website and print a map. Taxi drivers may not know the hotel by name as it's fairly new.
