The welcome punch was very nice touch Every request was promptly attended to and the staff was always smiling and helpful We had a beautiful room with everything that was needed. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and the beach was a perfect place to relax for the day I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay

Comfortable room, very friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Parking easy and spacious and beach and pool very nice with towels available at both, great location for walking along west beach and to the nakheel mall, plenty of choice for shops and restaurants nearby

Highly recommend
I was really impressed with this hotel, even more so considering the price paid vs other hotels in this area. Staff were superb and did all they could to help us. We couldn’t get checked in esrly but that isn’t the hotels fault at all. We went to the beach, they held our cases and we got a freshen up in the lovely reception restrooms. Hotel is extremely clean, new and modern. Great for our short stay on West Beach.
