The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, my son and I each received from the front desk a paper bag and inside was 2 bottles of water, a small bag of Lay’s chips and a Rice Crispy treat. It was really nice to get that. Also my son and his friends really enjoyed the games room, they had a lot of fun there. The room was clean and had a good amount of space for us.

The staff that greeted us was very friendly and knowledgeable, the sports room was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The room was really nice with the full kitchen and lots of space. The breakfast in the morning was better than any other hotel we’ve stayed at. And all the extras were really nice like spa water, cookies, coffee and tea and packages we received upon check in. We will def be back!

As a base it was a good clean place to stay during a family holiday.It felt good to return after a long day and the room had all we wanted. Make your own food or eat at a restaurant a very short walk across the parking area.Good value and nice staff.

Hotel is very good. The breakfast is average, it would have been good to have a choice or bacon or sausage not only ham. The coffee is good however.

Enjoyed our stay with Best Western. Excellent check-in experience. Even gave us a bag of goodies to take to our room. Room was perfectly clean. Beds and pillows were great. We had a wonderful rest. Thank you!

The Best Western was a hidden surprise in Drayton Valley. The hotel was very clean but what stood out the most was the friendly staff. They were incredibly welcoming when we arrived and provided welcome bags for all of us. The room was great the only downside is behind the hotel is a sea of dumpsters which doesn’t look great. Otherwise no complaints!

Certainly the best service I’ve ever had. They gave us welcome bags with water and chips. And fresh cookies in the lobby were amazing. Who does that. It was so nice.
