"The staff were amazing - welcoming, friendly, can't fault them in any way. They made the stay that much better! Can be a little hard to find if you don't know where you're going, it's down a little street you wouldn't think there'd be a hostel. The place itself had a nice atmosphere to it and the dorm was perfectly fine with a locker to put your stuff in for the day/night. Clean bedding. Wish I'd stayed a bit longer!"

Great location which is convenient to the airport, great wall tours and on the metro central loop line. There are lots of great restaurants near the station. It is a great place to wake up and a good place to relax. Definitely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! Thanks so much Jerry!"

"Upon arrival, my booking could not be found for approximately 20 minutes which was inconvenient. The room was spacious (shared female dorm room for 6 people) but the beds had to be made ourselves and the mattresses were extremely thin so it was a hard surface to sleep on. There was extremely bad wifi at the room, it was too weak to load websites. The showers were warm and the bathroom facilities were generally good. Okay hostel for the price, could be cleaner in general and wifi could have been...

"This place was horrible. A nightmare in China! I woke up with bed bugs and I saw cockroaches crawling in kitchen during dinner. I don’t know how ppl rate it so high. I guess it is good if you are looking for something very cheap, but you get what you pay for! You were warned. "

"They posted no smoking in the rooms but my roommate is smoking inside the room, coughing and spitting everywhere. I told the frontdesk and I he just said sorry."

"Dragon hostel is quiet and clean with great access to the National Art Museum (NAMoC) and Beihei park. My room was simple, had good aircon, and a good bed. There is no road noise and the location is very quiet. easy access to Dongsi Metro station. The wifi is slow and intermittent but otherwise still useful. the staff are always available and speak english. I would stay again given the location."

"Fantastic location!! Very basic accommodations, perfect for those who don't demand much - and who can speak a little Chinese. Traditional, cultural and in a historic location. I will definitely stay here whenever I come to Beijing!!"
