Dear Mr Boktor, on 25th June at 10:14 we received your reservation for a double room for 5 nights starting from the 24th July. The reservation was made with NOT REFUNDABLE RATE. On 25th June we have withdrawn the total amount of the reservation AS PER EXPEDIA policy-reservation. On 27th June (two days after your reservation) early in the morning we receive a phone call from Expedia customer service and they told us that your check out would be on 28th July instead of 29th. They send us en email and nobody ask “don’t charge the last night” moreover last night of 27th June was already withdrawn (we done it on 25thJune) At your check out or during your stay no one again ask about the payment!! …then on 28th July in the evening after your departure we receive another Expedia request that ask a refund “as a gesture of goodwill”……Why you did not ask me something during check out? Why you did not speak with me? I was unfriendly and I did not smile with you?? You was fleeing and elusive during all your stay… you didn’t ask anything, you appear bored and sad of all your life. You walked barefoot in the restaurant and keep all meal (also what you put again in the tray) with your hand. Fork and knife are unknow devices for you!! All of this just to say that your bad review, your bad description, your complain is a blame to give us a responsibility of something that YOU have done wrong!! I consider this only a revenge for your mistake !!

Dear Madam we was expecting your rewiew. You has been always stiff and unfrendly; seems that nothing was fine for you. Last day you asked to have dinner and you booked a table. You have eat your pasta until the end but when you eating last bite, strangely you have found a very little stone (you assert was a little stone but could be a salt impurities or a pepper impurities; it was like a little grain of sandy beach) We were very sorry, we asked you repeatedly sorry (we didn’t understand how it happened) and we removed the dish from the bill before of your request At the check out: “So I have to pay my dinner with a stone” “no Madam we have removed your pasta from the bill but if you like we put your double breakfast on the bill!!” Stealing food stealthily and secretely from the breakfast buffet to arrange lunch for free is not ladylike behavior. Since you said the value we offered was the half of the price you paid, did you tried to balance the account out? Whay tell the price you paid and not say that you were 2 people with junior suite whith sea view in the highest peak season? We are sorry for what is happend

Gentile Signora, abbiamo risposto alle sue richieste con cortesia e attenzione salvo nel momento in cui le si danno indicazioni precise e dettagliate e ci viene detto il contrario di quanto è stato anche scritto! un appuntamento alle 8,45 al porto non è un appuntamento alle 9,20 quando ci telefona sorpresa che la barca non l'avesse aspettata...oltretutto un servizio esterno prenotato da noi per lei senza alcuna caparra che lei ha “bruciato” senza alcun ritegno e senza una mezza scusa! Ci spiace se il pesce alla griglia della mezza pensione le sia sembrato leggermente crudo ma a parere nostro aveva una cottura perfetta. Abbiamo risposto con cortesia e cotto ancora qualche minuto il pesce... non ha fatto presente altre mancanze; non capiamo cosa le sia successo da definire inaccettabile la cena. Terremo in considerazione e la ringraziamo per la segnalazione dell’aria condizionata.
