"Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "

"This place is a total scam. After transitting for 47 hrs and arriving in Dhaka at 3 am, when I arrived at the hotel, they told me I didn't have a reservation. When I should them my proof of receipt from Expedia, the guy told me they don't advertise with Expedia or Hotels.ca. He said in the past Expedia didn't pay them, so he wanted to charge me again. I refused to pay and he basically sent me on my way at 4 am. I've asked Expedia to remove them from their listings. This is not how any business...
