“My Trip”
Great hotel and very friendly staff. Could not ask for a better location! Every store and restaraunt you can think of was within two miles.
“unexpected pleasure”
I mistakenly thought this was a low end special because of its suburban location and my unfamiliarity with the name. My wife and I were really wowed, though, by the cleanliness, comfort, and just overall great layout of the room. The 42 inch plasma, super comfy sitting area with large ottoman, and extra sitting area sink are nice extras to the basic room. We loved this place. It reminded us of the clean lines and well designed comfort typical of our better hotel stays in Scandanavia. We will look for this brand elsewhere.

We use the Hyatt as our "hub" for holiday visits to the Detroit area. It's great!

“Would definitely stay again”
I really enjoyed the hotel, it was very cozy and the staff was very friendly. The only problem was the drain in the tub ran out very slow and the water would back up when taking a shower, other than that the stay was excellent. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local entertainment! I LOVE the location, very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend!!!
“Hyatt Utica”
Very pleasant few days staying at Hyatt Utica for business trip in Detroit. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Nice rooms - with good facilities and amenities. Good range of food at breakfast and options for snacks/meals during the day. Only complaint is lack of signs from the main road (E59 East) to the hotel (missed the turning and ended up with a 3 mile detour).

The hotel looked just like the pictures and the staff were very nice and helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel.
“Pleasant Stay”
The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. We'd had a late lunch during our travels and the complimentary evening hors d'oeurves tided us over until the next morning.
“My stay at the Hyatt!!”
I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt, except the fact that there are no dressers in the room to put your clothes in and the fact that our room was right on the backside of the elevators and that was all we heard all night were the elevators going up and down. That was a huge problem but because we checked in so late and my kids were exhausted i didn't bother trying to get another room. The breakfast was wonderful and very good for the kids, theres something for everyone! It all in all was a great place to stay with the kids and very comfy!! I would go back anytime!
“Very Nice Place”
Very nice hotel. Staff very nice and ready to help with questions. Didn't know where to get a nice dinner, they had recommendations and menus. Room was clean and loved that there was a couch in the room.
