"When we initially arrived to the hotel, the AC wasn’t working, but the staff worked quickly to get it restored. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and very nice. The rooms were clean and the AC in our room kept us cool and comfortable. Would stay here again if I’m in San Luis. "

"It was a good hotel to stay in the area. No wifi or tvs in the rooms, only in the lobby. Its kind of far from everything but the restaurant is decent, with good food and good prices. Overall it was fine to visit several waterfalls from here. I would recommend it as long as you understand that you will be a bit disconnected from internet and it would be 20 mins to ciudad valles."

"They forgat the towels I had to get them my self the bar across the street plsyed music late into the morning and we couldn't close our window because there was a hose thru the window for a portable A/C"

"It was a pretty nice location, we arrived in the middle of a pretty heavy rain, there was no light in the room but it was confortable enough for a good sleep. You walk out and see beautiful scenery, The room was a little too small, not closet, small shower, the water was not hot enough and the shower kept leaking the water into the room. with no chairs to put our stuff in, and with all the water and rain there was mud everywhere.
