"Property is stunning. Small medieval village with an awesome pool in the hills of Tuscany. As for the rooms, you are camping in a medieval village. Expedia claims A/C, but we did not have. the rooms that have A/C are only portable units. A little tough when it is a hot August in Tuscany. The beds are horrible. Again you are camping in a medieval village. Location is very remote from other Tuscany towns. That being said, it is a beautiful place to camp in a medieval village. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this home! The old mixed with modern is stunning. Stefano is an incredible host. He helped us plan a winery tour and advised us on things to do, we cooked, he started the fire for us when we wanted one, he even offered to come pick us up an hour away when we had car issues. If we’re ever in the Tuscany region again, this is where we will stay."

"Wow. If I could click 10 stars for a review I would. What a fantastic stay with super fantastic people. Our visit was at the end of March and it was beautiful. I can't imagine how beautiful this place would be later in the year. As for the hosts..... they could not have been more friendly and accommodating. They made us feel more like family then guests. I recommend 100% anytime of the year. Not to mention... there is not a more beautiful part of Tuscany."

"This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! "I brought my family (5 adults with 80 y/o mother) to Italy for Easter Holiday. Property was beautiful, easy to find and to get to off A1 allowing us to get to many local Tuscany attractions. House was perfect for adults with ample sitting areas, large bedrooms and bathrooms. My only reservation was the very poor directions to find it and some difficulty getting a hot water issue sorted out . "Very helpful staff who parked our car in the difficult to manage car park. Great cleaning staff. We had marvelous views from our terrace. The hotel is old, but they have done their best to add modern amenities. We would have liked some warning that the water left in our refrigerator was not complimentary. That was our only niggle over a hotel we would definitely recommend.. "
