"A beautiful hotel in Miraflores. We stayed here after a trek on the Inca Trail, so it was wonderful to have a nice & comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly - especially the bellhop who cared for our luggage while our room was being prepared. The bar was great and we really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great. However, dinner (at the same restaurant) was quite poor. It seems they were very understaffed. We waited over an hour for food & service, and the food was quite bad - an issue which they did not attempt to remedy. It's a pity because that restaurant's breakfast was great. So, I'm sure if things were handled properly, the dinner too would have been great. But overall, we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were large and comfortable. No complaints with the facility, other than the dinner experience. "

"Incredibly close to the airport - about 2 mins walk from baggage claim. This made travel days super easy. The hotel is nice & clean with good food & drink options on the ground floor. This made for a convenient first night in Lima. The only complaint was that we left an item in the room & the staff was not very helpful in retrieving the item (we never were able to get it back). But that seems to be an issue with their systems, and quite specific to an event. Without that, we wouldn't have had any complaints."
