"Relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant service could use a bit more friendliness. The waitress had no interest in explaining the menu choices. We used the spa. It's an additional charge of 10 euro per person to use steam room, sauna, and indoor pool. The pool temperature was too cold, we were expecting a heated pool. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. "

"the service for the price was average other guests rooms were "all inclusive" but we had to pay for every service even though we paid the same amount would never stay here again"

"Perfect, wonderful friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, welcomed our little doggie. The bedrooms are superb, feels very luxurious great tv options, able to sign in to Netflix Food in the restaurant was delicious, freshly prepared cannot fault. Table staff exceptional and the night manager could not do enough for you. This is out second visit in 5 weeks and I will stay again "

"This hotel was very dirty and stinky. We have travelled all over the world and understand that a 5 star hotel means different things in different countries, but this hotel was just nasty. Maybe it was a 5 star hotel 50 years ago, but not any more. We did stay over night because we had nowhere else to go and got out of there in the morning. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights, claiming they have a strict cancellation policy. I just wanted to show my Canadian husband...

A Great Location In Ohrid

"The hotel is located in the Old Town about 2/3 down the hill. We chose to take advantage of their free parking just outside the city walls and walk down but it is a bit of a trek. We were greeted by friendly staff and then taken to our room, which was very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. It had a lovely balcony and a view of the hill with the fortress. There was also a common room with some amenities and a common patio. Overall the location was great, near sights and restaurants. It was a great place to stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Limak and were pleased to find many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants located right next door to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Long Island ice teas at the hotel bar were delicious! The only slight issue was that the weather in Skopje was a beautiful, 28°C everyday, and the Aircon in the room was not able to compete! Despite being on and programmed to get the room down to 15°C, the entire time we were there the room stayed at 25°, it made for uncomfortable nights which is a shame because the bed itself was great! I'm sure there is something wrong with the AC. Failing this, it was a great overall stay. The Sky Bar on the top floor does not yet seem to be in operation, so we didn't get to experience this. "
