"Nice property, pool, gym, excellent buffet breakfast"

"Two observations, The room was excellent, except in the bathroom, the towel holder and tissue paper were broken and fell off several times. Even though the maintenance person came and tried to fix them, they were still falling out from the wall. Breakfast needs to be changed, and each day should have a variety. They were serving the same thing. "

"Carpet needed shampooing, I saw a lot of stains and lots of dust on the corners or behind furniture. I couldn't even sit by the desk chair without getting a sneeze attack. The rest was good, good breakfast and comfortable beds, just need to pay a little more attention to the cleaning."

"Cute hotel. Very quaint, clean, good breakfast. Good value for the price. We stayed at the casita. Bed was a bit hard and they don’t have colchas just thin bed covers but overall it was ok. What I love the most was that it is very Nicaraguan. "

"Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. "The rooms were clean, bathroom was clean. Looks better than the photos to be honest. I used the laundry service and everything came back clean. Didnt have any issues. Security at night gaurding the door i would go back to visit. Only bad part was no food service besides breakfast from what i saw"
