"From the moment we check-in, we knew we picked the best place to stay near airport. The hotel is situated in nice community with the grocery shopping and restaurants very close to the hotel. The room very spacious and clean. Very comfortable stay. We also used the pool and sauna in the hotel which was a bonus. The subway in literally under the hotel and makes it easy to go to the airport or to the city. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Sydney. "

"Property was well kept. We were given a disabled room. Left the hotel all day still water in the shower, not very pleasant, no induction fan. Restaurant was lovely food was ver nice but over priced. $ 45.00 for a breast of chicken, green left with a small amount of jus. Service was excellent. Would we stay there again probably not. We went to go for a swim and they had a wedding using that area, so we didn’t intrude. A bit awkward for other guests. Would have been better had they told us...

The only thing I was confused about was that the 2 bedroom apartment advertisement stated it comes with shower or bath. I got an apartment with a shower, but that’s okay, just confusing. "Expedia's system had an issue and we were told that our booking has been cancelled when we arrived. But the receptionist was very helpful and patient, she rebooked us without getting confirmation from Expedia. Very grateful, otherwise it would be very hard for us to deal with the angry and tired kids! "

"We liked the size of our apartment and the level it was on (Level 26) Liked the service by Shari in looking after us. Liked the spa and pool area (pool cold though and spa stopped working) Liked the area the hotel is in although it can be noisy with traffic, construction work and air cond plants nearby We disliked the fact the pools were out of service for half the stay. The service people for the pool seemed to take a long time coming and then fixing the pools. "
