Furthermore, the hosts were very nice but a little bit overinformative and tried to converse with us in a language we did not understand. Also, there were no standard utilities like cups, kettle and even a table. Without a car it's quite difficult to get anywhere: to the shops, restaurants. Overall...

"Talk about value for money! A very nice 3 bedroom B&B with a roof terrace in the Old Town of Genoa. Large, modern and clean rooms. Excellent service and a friendly and service minded owner. It is on the 4th floor without elevator, so you have to walk up the 105 steps! But it is worth it."

We were at a friends wedding for 4 days and there were all sorts of things we needed help with from cars being towed and lifts etc. He was amazing!! The place itself is fairly basic but clean. Breakfast basic but the local cafes have excellent and cheap paninis etc on offer so no issues. Very Close to the beach and restaurants. We walked into Sestri levante and it took 40 mins. Air con, quiet area and did I mention...
