"Stayed for a week. Restaurant/Bar staff were fantastic. Room service/cleaning staff were absolutely excellent. Hotel is more of a business hotel, with a nice location near the centre. Room was nice and big. Room cleaning staff kept the cleanliness of the room as probably the best I have ever seen and I stayed at a lot of hotels. So well done to that team. Reception was not very good. Not very helpful and did not explain much at check in or whenever I engaged with them. It’s meant to be 24hour...

"We had a delightful stay at this hotel in Palanga. The location is conveniently situated a short 10-minute drive from the city center, perfect for beach outings or enjoying walks and bike rides. The rooms are exceptionally clean and feature comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the saunas and pool. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We would definitely choose to stay here again. "

Safe and fridge in the room - all drinks and snacks are chargeable, even the bottles of water. Bathroom was fine, with shower over the bath. Most importantly … it is in a great location!!"

"The apartments are in excellent condition with all mod cons. Spa available for morning use , children really enjoyed it. Staff were extremely nice and always greeted with a smile. "All okay really, spacious room, robes, etc, but breakfast starting at 0800hrs on a weekday is not early enough (although take-away bagged makings for a sandwich, fruit and jogurt was provided). Lift inoperable during stay and no offer to help with luggage. Pool chilly and definately not 31C, but jaccuzi very pleasant."

"The hotel is located in a very good place, few steps to old town, centre and the port to go to Smiltyne. The only one thing to be improved- breakfast. Cookies and pastries were not fresh, coming at 9:00 or 9:30 there was lack of hot meals like pancakes, omlette. Generally the choice is quite little. "
