"Staff was fantastic ! service was great. . just that the property was not well maintained . the pool area was dirty and there there was algae on the pool floor . skipped pool coz it doesn’t look clean . the spa was also very full. there wasn’t much to do except strolling around . so facilities were average . "A great choice for a short stay in Desaru. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with large bathrooms and balconies. Pool and beach areas are beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of food at breakfast, service in the restaurants and bars was friendly but often rather slow. Limited dining options on site and not much else in the area other than a few other hotels and the golf course."
