The grounds are kept well and our condo was clean and had everything we needed. If we needed anything, it just took a quick message and they were on it. The internet was not working sometimes and the water went down and so we did not have water a few times and there was no hot water in the shower sometimes and the room had no refrigerator or microwave and there was no phone to call the front desk in the room.
