"The Hotel Nikko was a good place. The location is nice - close to all the spots in Tamuning, but still quiet. The room was fine, but could have had more attention to cleaning - the bathroom had hair in the corners. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"We always love the pool and the atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the pool hours should be extended. 6pm is too early for a pool to close especially because the bowling alley isn’t operational and there aren’t many entertainment options in the area. We love both restaurants! Always so delicious and staff is always extremely friendly. We always choose Leo Palace as our island getaway. :) "

"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. The maintenance came and tried to adjust it. But it still wasn’t cold. We didn’t get to switch rooms until after 9pm and idk why they keep giving us a...
