"Very basic accommodation but, has everything you need. Pet friendly. If you have children would be ideal as safe and has amenities suitable for families Take bedding! We didn’t realise so luckily we had some stuff but could have been caught out. Beautiful area"

"We stayed one night, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at a nearby Restaurant but had drinks outside on the patio back at the hotel. The young man was very helpful bringing us cushions and moving chairs for us. Breakfast was very good value for the price. Quiet nice area, plenty of trees and a little lake. Would visit again."

"The place is difficult to find as no indication outside shows that behind the high wall and gate is a guesthouse hidden. Nobody answered the bell, my phone calls ended on a message box. After banging against the gate, neighbours showed up and a guy, who said, he cares for the owners horses. He called the owner lady somewhere in Italy and handed the phone to me. The owner claimed that she had no reservation and was rude.She said, the guesthouse is closed and it is my problem to find some other...

"A very good stop. The people at hotel were very friendly and welcoming. It was not that far from motorway and even easier when we left going south. We ate dinner which was great - classic French but straight forward cooking. The bar was also used by the locals who all seemed very friendly!"

"Really good breakfast, nice swimming pool (smallish) with surrounding decking & chairs, loungers and hammock. Hotel is in 2 parts, divided by a fairly quiet road. We didn't know this, although were aware that we had selected a standard room, not one of the more prestigious ones. Our room was ok, although pretty basic, and we did have a lake view, but it always feels a bit disjointed staying in the annex. Also annex had no lift, and we had lots of luggage. Great location, good parking."
