"Firstly I was put in the wrong room and was switched after the first night. The first room had a problem with one of the sockets which was quite dangerous- the socket didn’t hold the plug tightly enough so the electricity didn’t flow properly. On my second day I told the staff that I didn’t want breakfast- which I meant for that morning but they assumed I meant ever again and so stopped bringing it.
