"Everything was wonderful service was great. Security on the other hand not the great. The security staff are very rude and incompetent. They let people that are not staying in the hotel just walk in and use the facilities. And while me and my son were in the pool a man was taking pictures and masturbating. When I told security they just walk the guy out of the property. Both the employer and head of security were both very rude. Aside from that everything was wonderful"

I also liked staff was really supportive with most requests. I did not like that once the pool workout activity ended, there was no more music; it kind of killed the vibe."
